At Strong Landscaping & Design, we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients. Our goal is to deliver beautiful, functional outdoor spaces that meet or exceed expectations.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our landscaping, hardscaping, and design services.
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of project completion so we can review and address your concerns.
Whenever possible, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments or corrections to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds

Because our services involve labor, materials, and customized work performed on your property, refunds are generally not offered once services have been completed.
However, partial refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion if a significant issue cannot be reasonably corrected.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service or project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits for design or installation services may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or significant preparation work has begun.
